The Quality Control Process at
Nuveau Designs, Ltd.
Over the years we have learned that consistent quality leads to repeat business. While we eagerly look to build new business relationships with more and more clients, we know that 85% to 95% of our business comes from clients whom we have worked for in the past. With this as a background we developed a five step process to insure consistent quality on each and every project.
• A project manager is assigned to each job. This person oversees each step of your project, from estimating through fabrication, delivery and installation.
• All jobs are computer drawn for approvals. This makes fabrication more accurate, while enabling us to make requested changes to millwork should revisions become necessary for one reason or another.
• Production is based on site visits and field measurements. We're big believers in "measure twice... cut once." We know you don't like "surprises" and often our site visits, field measurements and job experience will lead to better millwork solutions.
• Installer friendly millwork. While we can handle the whole process from start to finish, millwork is frequently installed by our clients or their contractors. We've become somewhat famous for producing millwork that is installation friendly.
• Service and follow up after installation. We are sticklers at making sure you're completely satisfied. The best way to make sure is at the job site and in person.
